  1. The Kreuzköllnale is the worst idea ever.

The concept is stupid and the program is incomprehensible, where is it coming from?
Some places are not even is the so called Kreuzkölln area. But that not the main problem.

    Kreuzkölln anyway doesn't exist.
You make generalisation of everything, you reproduce and participate wihtout critic to a movement of hype that tends to make a big hit of everything, a trend of everyday life, create concepts to fill the emptiness of your existence (and not the emptiness left by the end of Berlinale, i mean please).

You deserve better than that, we deserve better than that, Neukölln deserves better thab that, Berlin deserves better than that,etc...

It's that kind of project that flourishes every hour in Neukölln (especially?? Why??) what are they involving?

Words like Kreuzkölln, what does it mean, do you even put that in question?? It's maybe the first step.

YOu have the great idea of sharing cinema, do so.
Do it simple, find new ways of doing it. Don't associate cinema with a gentrification wave, please, a post modern attitude of hedonism in times of falling.

Liberate yourself from those formats, those frames, those social conventions.
We are responsible for what we are providing.

    Neuköllnale, really guys...

  2. Neuköllnale was the original name, unfortunately it already existed before. Back up plan, what's the state of the art? We're starting this event around North-Neukölln, known by many as Kreuzkölln. We have heard the arguments you present, a few times, they don't make any sense to us.

We don't give a crap about the hype, the fad, call it whatever you like. We believe we're the good part of gentrification: we bring culture without asking for money. We're DIY, non-institutional, a group of friends who love cinema and like to share. That's what we do.

I'm sorry to hear you don't get the program. It seems quite clear to me, so it did to most of the people who attended and had a good time with us. I won't jump to conclusions but there's an easy step here.

And I'm devastated to see some people still exist, who attach importance to such trivial things as a name. You don't like "Kreuzkölln", fair enough, why should we care? Call it the North-Neuköllnale, the Rixdorfale, the Richardsdorfale, we can go back in time as much as you want. The name is nothing but an interface for what we do, and we try to do it good. I guess we can't please everyone.

We're having a good time, thank you.
